Spring Time Layouts

We visited Caulderglen Country park as the weather was fab for a change. It was a great day out. Me, my sister, brother, nephew and my girls all enjoying the first of the sun after winter. The girls loved the animals although Lily thinks everything says quack hehe.

They both loved the baby chicks and bunnies.x

Cake! This is my twins Emily and Lily stuffing their faces with their big cousins birthday cake. I actually brought it in for myself but these two are just too quick when theirs treats about.

MY xmas tree exremely late.

I have eventually posted my little origami tree. i was so busy with the twins that I've just got into scrapbooking the last couple of weeks. Im really enjoying it and have 5 LOs so far. Not much but im still learning techniques. Was at a stamping up class to get a start on stamping and some other techniques. was fab. Demonstrator was Anthea Goodman Visit her blog.x

Origami Christmas Tree

Well I have been browsing different gallerys to see what i can do for my girls scrapbook. Since i do not have the stash of supplies i have seen in some posts ive been making a few bits and bobs, embellishments, shapes etc for my pages. For their 1st Christmas pages i have tried and made the Origami Christmas Tree i saw it on someones card and loved it. Its really effective and so easy to make. My Scrapping Journey starts here!

Today ive made this blog to keep track of my scrapbooking. To be totally honest i have just a few supplies, dont know many techniques and have created half a LO but i am eager to learn as i have 8 month old twin girls and almost a millions photos already. I love shopping for scrap supplies but after reading a few forums i have learned this is quite a common addiction and i could end up shopping more than scrapping lol.

I am going to a course at Glasgow North College to learn all the different techniques, The enrolement is this thursday night and starts the 17th Jan. Soi shall blog regularly and show how im getting on.

I have also found out from some lovely ladies on UKScrappers that there is a crop near me in Cumbernauld so may pop along for some tips.
